DESCRIPTION

Workster is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy. They are seeking to onboard Social Media Content Moderators to join their teams in Lisbon and to support a major social media giant to work in the Latvian market.


Your Role


  • Reviewing Reported Content: Thoroughly examine reported content, including images, videos, text, and ads, to ensure they align with legal standards and platform policies in both
  • Latvian and English.
  • Assessing Ads: Evaluate advertisements to ensure they comply with legal regulations and are free from misleading, inappropriate, or harmful content.
  • Investigating Violations: Use internal tools and resources to investigate reported violations, verifying claims and determining appropriate actions.
  • Maintaining Compliance: Ensure all content and ads meet legal requirements and platform guidelines, addressing any issues or discrepancies that may arise.
  • Documenting and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of moderation activities and prepare reports on findings, identifying trends or patterns in reported content.
  • Collaborating with Teams: Work closely with legal and compliance teams to resolve complex issues and support the development of platform policies.
  • Providing Feedback: Offer valuable insights and recommendations for improving content moderation processes and policies based on your observations and experiences.
  • Adapting to Changes: Stay informed about changes in legal regulations and platform policies, ensuring your work remains
  • effective and compliant with current standards.
REQUIREMENTS

Your Qualifications


  • Native of Latvian
  • B2 level of English
  • The ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused and structured environment
  • An ability to make decision based on rules and policies

  • An ability to handle potentially stressful situations.
