DESCRIPTION
  • Provide Italian-language technical support via phone, chat and email for our partner brands, acting as the first point of contact for consumers.
  • Welcome customers politely, listen to their needs and provide accurate information and effective solutions related to their appliances and digital products.
  • Identify and maximize sales opportunities by advising customers on additional services or products that meet their needs.
  • Execute daily operational support duties such as troubleshooting technical issues, updating case notes and coordinating with other teams to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement by sharing feedback and best practices with colleagues and participating in training sessions.
  • Represent the company professionally at all times and contribute to a positive customer experience.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Native-level Italian (C2) with good English skills (B2) to communicate internally and with colleagues.
  • High school diploma or higher education in marketing, business or a related field; experience with digital marketing is a strong asset.
  • Previous experience in customer service or technical support; ability to troubleshoot issues and understand product features.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to identify sales opportunities and support customers patiently and professionally.
  • Customer-focused, proactive and collaborative team player who can work in a structured environment and maintain confidentiality.
  • Possession of an EU passport or valid residence permit for Portugal and willingness to relocate to Lisbon.
