Italian Speaking Customer Service Advisors
Lisbon, Portugal
€20,525 including bonuses and allowances year
Our client based in Lisbon is recruiting for Italian Speaking Customer Service Advisors. For the first month it is 100% onsite and after that 2 days in the office a week and 3 days remote in the Lisbon area.
Job Duties
• Dealing with customers over the phone, email, live chat and social media.
• Providing customer service to clients and trying to upsell (this is a b2b role)
• Work to KPIs to achieve individual and team targets.
Essential Criteria
• Good general IT skills.
Monthly Salary
• Base Salary: 920€
• Language bonus: 300€
• Meal allowance: 8.20€ - 167.86€
• KPI: 184€
* Already live in the Lisbon area and have work permission for Portugal.
* Please note this role doesn't allow working from other locations other than that stated in the advert.
REQUIREMENTS
Native level Italian and English.
• At least 1 year customer service experience, ideally candidates will have some sales experience
• Candidates must already live in Lisbon.
