• Fluent in Italian and English
• Customer support experience in multiple channel (chat, email and phone)
• Availability to work fully at the office for 3 months, hybrid after only

• Location: Lisbon (José Malhoa Avenue)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM 
• Base Salary: €1,200/month 
• Performance Bonus: Up to €150/month
• Meal Allowance: €6.41/day
