What you'll be doing
Handle inbound and outbound calls with Italian-speaking customers.
Respond to customer enquiries via email.
Provide professional support on behalf of a leading pharmaceutical company.
Resolve customer issues efficiently while delivering outstanding customer service.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and follow company procedures.
What we offer
Gross monthly salary: €1,050 (€950 base salary + €100 language allowance)
Performance bonus: Up to 10% of your monthly salary after your first three months, based on KPIs

Working hours
This is a rotational shift position covering:
Monday to Friday: 08:30–00:00 (Athens time)
Weekends and public holidays: 24/7 operation
What we're looking for
Italian: C1/C2 level (spoken and written)
English: B1/B2 level
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-focused attitude
Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but not required
