As a Content Moderator, you will:

  • Review contents within agreed latency Service Levels and standards of quality
  • Review the reported issues within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality
  • Escalate issues to our client in accordance with the MSA and this SOW on knowledge base
  • Monitor user behaviour and enforce policies effectively
  • Apply guidelines consistently to diverse content scenarios
  • Handle sensitive issues independently while upholding platform standards
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions

 

Your qualifications

  • Are fluent, verbal and written in Hungarian (C1)
  • Are fluent, verbal and written in English (B2)
  • Have minimum education qualification of college degree or an equivalent diploma
  • Have strong understanding of e-commerce
  • Have experience working with moderation service industry
  • Are available for 24/7 rotating shifts
  • Have strong moderation skills and rational decision making with local market expertise
  • Are fluent with any social media products usage and basic understanding of digital advertising
