DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
- Assess online content such as review, photos and website's for compliance with legal guidelines.
- Evaluate privacy claims, defamation, fraud and falsification cases based on client policies.
- Stay updated on policies, review content in a set time-frame and ensure quality standards to the highest level.
- Spot emerging patterns, suggest solutions, and escalate cases to different departments.
- Leverage cultural insights and apply market-specific knowledge.
REQUIREMENTS
- C1 level minimum in German and English.
- Quick learner, adaptable to new processes, concepts, and skills.
- Outcome-driven, self-motivated, and curious.
- Open to working fully onsite.
