German-Speaking Technical Support Agent in Porto, Portugal

As a Technical Customer Advisor, you will support German-speaking customers and help them with general and technical inquiries. You will be part of an international team while developing your customer service and technical skills.

-Providing German-language customer support via phone, chat, and email

-Responding to customer inquiries and documenting relevant information

-Troubleshooting technical issues and finding suitable solutions

-Assisting with pre-sales and general customer inquiries

-Handling escalations professionally and documenting cases accurately

-Collaborating with other teams and technicians to resolve customer issues

-Maintaining the internal ticketing system in English

-Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

-Native-level German (C2) and fluent English

-High school diploma

-Customer service or technical support experience is an advantage

-Good communication and problem-solving skills

-Patient and customer-oriented approach

-Proactive, motivated, and comfortable working in an international team

-EU passport or valid residence/work permit required

-Work on-site in Porto, Portugal
