Do you thrive on momentum, ambition, and the thrill of a great conversation? Our client is on the hunt for German-speaking Sales Development Representatives to join their fast-growing team in Gothenburg—and this could be your big break into B2B sales.
In this role, cold calling is your superpower and your motivation sets the tempo. You’ll work side-by-side with experienced Sales Executives, qualify high-potential leads, and play a key role in expanding the business into the German market. If relocating to Sweden sounds exciting, good news: relocation support is on the table for the right candidate.

What you’ll be doing (aka your daily missions)
- Prospect and uncover new B2B customers in the German market
- Make a high volume of daily cold calls to spark interest and create opportunities
- Book meetings with potential clients and smoothly hand them over to Sales Executives
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to build a strong, high-quality sales pipeline
- Track activities and performance in HubSpot CRM
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to boost conversions
- Hit weekly and monthly KPIs
- Celebrate wins—big and small—with an energetic, supportive team
REQUIREMENTS
Who you are
- Driven, resilient, and highly goal-oriented
- Energized by fast-paced, target-driven environments
- Comfortable (or excited!) about high-volume cold calling
- Structured, proactive, and great at juggling multiple tasks
- Fluent in German (native or near-native) and English
- Open to relocating to Gothenburg—or already based there
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience in B2B sales or an SDR role
- Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM tools
- A background in SaaS, tech, or logistics
- Swedish language skills
