What You’ll Do
- Provide top-quality support to our German-speaking customers via phone and email
- Manage service requests, schedule maintenance visits, and coordinate technician activities
- Log and track cases accurately in our internal systems
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth operations
- Collaborate across shifts to keep everything running seamlessly
