Location:  Athens, Greece

Role: German-Speaking Customer Advisor (Banking)

Salary: EUR 1,400 p/m (paid 14x p/a)
  • plus fixed Project Bonus: €50 gross per month 
  • plus Performance Bonus: Up to 10% based on individual performance
  • plus Anniversary Bonus: €500 gross (German language)
  • plus meal vouchers 
Working Hrs:  40 hrs per week rotational - Initial phase: Monday–Saturday, 09:00–21:00 (rotational shifts) - Future requirement: Transition to 24/7 operations (TBC) - Candidates must be fully available and willing to work 24/7 shifts in the future

Relocation package: flight to Athens and 4 weeks accomodation on arrival, plus support finding a place to live

You will be working on behalf of a leading international bank headquartered in the United States, providing customer support services for retail banking clients across Europe. The project operates in a highly regulated environment, with a strong focus on data security, customer trust, and service excellence.

As a Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer support through multiple channels, ensuring a superior customer experience while handling sensitive financial information with the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage incoming and outgoing customer interactions via phone, chat, and email
  • Deliver professional, customer-focused service aiming for high satisfaction and first-contact resolution
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and effective communication
  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information using the appropriate systems and tools
  • Meet individual and team performance targets, including service level and quality metrics
  • Accurately document customer interactions, update accounts, and file required documentation
  • Strictly follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies, particularly when handling personal and financial data

REQUIREMENTS
  • Fluent German and good command of English
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Good PC skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
