German Customer Service - Remote

Your mission: 

▶ You will be responsible for managing phone contacts with customers. 

▶ Customer support to ensure their long-term loyalty. 

▶ Advising customers on all services and offers. 

▶ Native or fluent German and English (mandatory). 

▶ Good communication skills 

▶ Contact center environment experience. 

▶ Sales experience 

☑ Direct and permanent contract with the client.

Schedule: Monday to Friday (Rotative 8H shifts, between 7am to 18pm)
