Your day to day:

Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries
Understand customer needs to ensure satisfaction
Build trustful relationships through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate and complete information using appropriate tools
Meet individual and team performance targets
Record customer interactions and manage customer accounts
Follow company communication guidelines and procedures

REQUIREMENTS

You speak German at a native or near-native level
Previous experience in customer service or as a customer advisor is a plus
Excellent communication and active listening skills
Strong computer literacy and fast comprehension of digital tools
Team-oriented mindset and solution-driven attitude
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Good MS Office skills are a plus (optional)

OFFER

Monthly salary: €1300 gross
€50 project bonus + €100 welcome bonus for the first 12 months
Performance bonus: up to 10%
Hybrid work model – 30% of working time must be spent in the office (fully remote not supported)
