Take appropriate action on content that violates guidelines or poses risks
Stay updated on internal policy changes and ensure accurate implementation
Identify and analyze patterns to address potential risks proactively
Handle sensitive information responsibly
Provide contextual reasoning and defend decision-making when required
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate Profile
- Native-level German language skills (C2) + English fluent
- Experience in customer/technical support is an advantage
- Patience to communicate and solve issues
- Handle all data and personal information with the utmost confidentiality
- Proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player

- Base salary: €1,284 gross/month
- Additional monthly components: €160 net meal allowance, €100 fixed complexity bonus, €125 welcome bonus for the first 12 months
- Performance bonus: up to €100/month
- Night shifts: +25% of base hourly rate
