French-Speaking Customer Service Representative

We are looking for talented French-speaking candidates to join our customer service team in Lisbon, Portugal, supporting PMU customers with betting-related enquiries.

We are seeking candidates with native-level or near-native proficiency in Metropolitan French, ideally with a Parisian French accent and pronunciation, who can communicate naturally, confidently and professionally with customers in the target market.

Basic Salary: €970 per month

Performance Bonus: Up to €120 per month based on KPIs, applicable from the fourth month onwards

Meal Allowance: €8.50 per worked day

Christmas Bonus: Equivalent to one month's basic salary

Holiday Bonus: Equivalent to one month's basic salary

Travel ticket reimbursement of up to €200 after three months, upon submission of a valid receipt.

Accommodation support of €360 per month for the first three months, reimbursed at the end of each month.

Assistance with temporary accommodation during the first few weeks and support in finding permanent accommodation.

Provide French-language customer support through inbound calls, live chats and emails.

Handle betting-related enquiries and explain winnings to customers.

Assist customers with account management and login issues.

Deliver accurate, clear and professional responses to customer enquiries.

Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams.

Adapt prepared response templates to provide personalized and helpful customer communications.

Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Native-level or near-native Metropolitan French proficiency (C2 level).

Ideally, a Parisian French accent and pronunciation.

Excellent spoken and written French communication skills.

High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Good attention to detail and the ability to follow established procedures.
