Chania is located on Crete and is the island’s second-largest city. It is also a former capital, famous for its romantic old harbor and narrow streets in the Old Town. Chania is an absolutely beautiful destination with its stunning beaches.
Employee Duties and Responsibilities:
Work in customer service assisting Finnish-speaking customers by handling incoming contacts
Maintain the company’s reputation in every interaction
Work efficiently via phone, chat, and email
Address various customer problems and questions with a positive attitude
Investigate various errors and issues
Occasionally up-sell additional services to customers
Requirements:
Excellent Finnish language skills and good English skills (written and spoken)
Interest in customer service
Advanced computer skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
Readiness to work in varying shifts
Willingness to relocate abroad
