Who are you?

We are looking for top Retention Agents with B2B and B2C experience to build and maintain customer relationships. You will manage a portfolio of customers over the phone. Ensure a good business relationship with revenue and profit responsibility both in the short and long term. You need a passion for the financial market, sales experience and the ability to solve problems.

 You will be part of a dynamic and hungry team that works towards both group goals, as well as having your personal goal every month.

Who we are - about the company:

We are located in Malta, in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea and are currently 250+ employees. We specialize in the field of finance, commodities, currency trading, online trading and customer relations since 2012.

You as a person must have:

• minimum 1 year of experience in CFD/FX
• Self motivation
• Goal oriented
• Punctuality
• master English at a fluent level
• Swedish language is an additional plus
