DESCRIPTION
In this position, you will support a major international e-commerce platform, assisting customers and sellers with a wide range of inquiries. You will be part of a dynamic team delivering high-quality service through phone and email, ensuring a smooth and reliable customer experience.
Your Role
Provide customer support via phone and email, ensuring a professional and friendly experience
Assist with inquiries related to orders, deliveries, payments, and returns
Troubleshoot customer issues and provide clear, effective solutions
Act as a point of contact for external sellers, supporting their questions and needs
Provide information about digital products and platform services
Escalate and route more complex issues to the appropriate internal teams
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow internal processes
REQUIREMENTS
Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written) with good English skills
Previous experience in customer support or service roles is an advantage
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working with digital tools and customer management systems
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
OFFER
Remote position within Portugal
Full-time contract with a 40-hour work week
Paid training (6 days, 8 hours per day) with structured onboarding
Training compensation provided upon successful completion
Base salary + meal allowance
Holiday and Christmas allowances paid monthly
