Your Responsibilities


  • Record all inbound and outbound communications, as well as updates to customer records.
  • Provide technical troubleshooting assistance to customers.
  • Escalate relevant issues to the appropriate department.
  • Help fulfill customer orders, including providing information, tracking orders, handling cancellations, managing returns, and assisting with payment inquiries.
  • Track and resolve cases efficiently and promptly.
  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers, demonstrating empathy at all times.
  • Engage in up-selling and cross-selling when appropriate.


REQUIREMENTS

The Ideal Candidate


  • Native-level Dutch (C2) and fluent in English (C1)
  • Prior experience in Customer Support
  • Willingness to work in Athens, Greece
  • EU Passport holder
  • Positive, can-do attitude
