Your Responsibilities
- Record all inbound and outbound communications, as well as updates to customer records.
- Provide technical troubleshooting assistance to customers.
- Escalate relevant issues to the appropriate department.
- Help fulfill customer orders, including providing information, tracking orders, handling cancellations, managing returns, and assisting with payment inquiries.
- Track and resolve cases efficiently and promptly.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers, demonstrating empathy at all times.
- Engage in up-selling and cross-selling when appropriate.
REQUIREMENTS
The Ideal Candidate
- Native-level Dutch (C2) and fluent in English (C1)
- Prior experience in Customer Support
- Willingness to work in Athens, Greece
- EU Passport holder
- Positive, can-do attitude
