• Back-office support only 
• Taking over general administrative tasks
• Provide online support for specific cases

What we expect:

• Ability to work from our office in Essen
• Fluent in Scandinavian languages (Finnish, Swedish or Norwegian) and a minimum B2 of English
• Valid work permit for Germany or EU citizenship
• Availability to complete up to 4 weeks full time training.
• Affinity with back office services
• Reliable and efficient way of working
