What will you do?
  • Support customers by delivering top-tier service and assistance
  • Handle administrative tasks associated with service operations
  • Resolve order-related incidents effectively
  • Assist with inquiries and issues during the purchasing process
  • Work collaboratively with the team and adapt to different environments
REQUIREMENTS
  • Native or near-native in Danish (C2)
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge from a user’s perspective
  • Experience in face-to-face or contact center customer service is a plus
  • Customer-oriented, adaptable, and dynamic personality
  • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work independently
