Do you want to build your customer service career in Lisbon? Our client is looking for a Danish-speaking Customer Service Agent to join their international team in Portugal.
Support customers of a leading home appliances brand by handling warranty-related inquiries via phone and email. Enjoy a stable Monday to Friday schedule while working in a dynamic international environment.

What will you do?
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
Assist customers with appliance warranty renewals
Answer questions related to warranty coverage
Support customers with issues regarding home appliances
Deliver professional and customer-focused service
Ensure accurate handling of customer cases and follow-up when needed

REQUIREMENTS
Candidate profile
- Native or near-native level of Danish (C2)
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge from a user's perspective
- Experience in face-to-face or contact centre customer service is an advantage
- Customer-oriented, adaptable, and dynamic personality
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work independently
OFFER
Employer offers
- Full-time position
- Salary: 1400 Euros Monthly + 350 Euros bonus
- Monday to Friday working schedule (08:00–17:00)
