DESCRIPTION
Do you speak Danish and have a passion for helping people? We're looking for Customer Service Advisors to join a team in Warsaw supporting passengers with their travel needs for a well-known airline project.

In this role, you'll assist travelers with bookings, inquiries, and travel-related issues, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience. You’ll receive full training and a relocation package to help you settle into life in Poland.

What you'll do:

• Handle inbound calls and chats in Danish
• Advise customers on flights, fares, rules, and online services
• Assist with reservations, including changes to dates or destinations
• Update passenger information in the system
• Manage special service requests (e.g., wheelchairs, pets, assistance)
• Process cancellations and refunds
• Guide customers through payment options and ticket purchases

REQUIREMENTS
  • Danish proficiency at C1 level (spoken and written)
  • English at B2 level
  • Comfortable using computers and navigating digital tools
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Prior experience in customer service and CRM tools is an advantage
