Responsibilities
- Provide professional support for products and services while maintaining high customer satisfaction
Work efficiently with CRM systems, ticketing tools, and other support platforms
Assist customers through phone, email, and chat
Resolve inquiries within agreed SLAs using internal knowledge bases and procedures
Meet or exceed performance targets including handling time, first-call resolution, and satisfaction metrics
Share best practices with the team and help improve the knowledge base
Stay current on product updates and industry trends through continuous training
Requirements
- Fluent in Czech and English
Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills
Ability to follow structured guides and processes
Skilled in active listening and problem-solving
Adaptable, quick learner, and comfortable with new technologies
Self-driven with a genuine interest in customer satisfaction
