DESCRIPTION
In this role, you will be a key part of a team supporting customers by providing technical assistance and ensuring a smooth experience with our services. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Customer Assistance: Helping customers process refunds and cancel services as needed.
- Account Recovery: Guiding customers through the recovery process if they are locked out of their accounts.
- Technical Support: Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to enhance user experience.
REQUIREMENTS
- Language: Czech (C1/C2) + English (B2)
- Education: Minimum High School Diploma
- European Union Passport
OFFER
- Gross Salary: €1,300 per month x 14 (includes 2 extra salaries)
- Bonuses: Monthly performance bonus up to €300 gross
- Work Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 08:00 - 22:00.
