DESCRIPTION
We are looking for Customer Supports fluent in Polish and English to join our dynamic team delivering exceptional customer support. In this role, you will:
- Provide professional support for our products and services across multiple channels (phone, email, chat).
- Utilize CRM software, ticketing systems, and other tools to address customer inquiries.
- Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve processes.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on products and industry trends.
No prior technical background is required – full training will be provided.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in Polish and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to follow structured processes and guidelines.
- Excellent active listening and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptable, quick learner, and self-motivated.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
