Customer Support with Polish - Relocation to Bulgaria

We are looking for Customer Supports fluent in Polish and English to join our dynamic team delivering exceptional customer support. In this role, you will:

• Provide professional support for our products and services across multiple channels (phone, email, chat).
• Utilize CRM software, ticketing systems, and other tools to address customer inquiries.
• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.
• Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve processes.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on products and industry trends.

No prior technical background is required – full training will be provided.
