
Customer Support Manager - Nordic Team
DESCRIPTION
As Customer Support Manager you are a real people manager and have good communication and coaching skills. You enjoy having close connections with your team members, a team of roughly 15 people, and colleagues and can build an informal, fun and motivating team atmosphere. By creating an environment of openness and trust, you provide a safe place to share ideas and encourage feedback. You are able to create engagement and can encourage people to take the lead. You are able to multitask and can lead with passion, perform with purpose and dare to try new ways.
Creating & managing work schedules is also a key part of your role, securing team members are available at the most critical times delivering the best possible customer service. In support of vehicle uptime, you will cooperate closely with your market(s) to secure the best customer experience.
