What you'll do
- Inbound Customer service for bookings, purchases of services or goods;
- Manage customer requests and clarify any doubts;
- Deliver a positive attitude towards the brand;
- Management of changes, adjustments, complaints and any other customer concerns.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish (C2);
- Good knowledge of English (minimum B2);
- Experience in customer service (preferred);
- Agile in computer skills from the user’s perspective;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;
- Able to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information.
