As part of our customer service team, you'll support Russian/Ukrainian-speaking customers by phone, email, and chat. Your role will involve answering questions, resolving customer issues, providing accurate information about products and services, and ensuring every customer receives a positive experience. You'll work closely with colleagues from around the world in a dynamic, multicultural environment while developing valuable communication and problem-solving skills.

No previous experience is required—comprehensive paid training will be provided to help you succeed from day one.
