Your Role
Act as the primary point of contact for customer requests via phone, email, and chat
Provide clear and professional guidance on products and services
Address customer questions and concerns efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions

REQUIREMENTS
Fluent German or Italian or Polish (written and spoken)
Very good English skills for internal communication and training
Previous experience in customer support or customer care (at least 6 months preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving mindset with a high sense of responsibility
Tech-savvy, adaptable, and quick to learn new systems
Interest in the automotive sector is a strong advantage
Positive attitude and customer-first approach
