Customer Service with German and English

At Adecco, we’re seeking a Customer Service profile with a commercial mindset and a high level of German and English, for a company in the life sciences sector.

What will your responsibilities be?

Ensure the reception, shipment, and invoicing of the company's products to clients.

Customer service and management of incidents and claims.

Provide administrative support to the sales network in Germany and Austria. (IMPORTANT: must be bilingual in English).

Handle and manage sales.

Prepare regular reports—monthly and/or quarterly.

Vocational training (FP) in Administration.

High level of proficiency in MS Office (preferred).

Experience with Navision (preferred).

Bilingual/Proficient in German, english and spanish.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in administration departments dealing with customers/suppliers (preferred).

Salary: €27,000 – €29,000 gross/year (depending on previous experience and candidate suitability) + free company canteen.

Start date: Immediate.

Working hours: 40 hours per week with flexible start time between 7:30 and 9:30 a.m.

Contract: Temporary (6 months).

Work mode: 100% on-site.
