DESCRIPTION
As a Customer Service Specialist for the Danish market, you are the primary point of
contact for our Danish-speaking customers and play a key role in delivering an
outstanding end-to-end service experience for premium outdoor living products.
This role requires native or near-native Danish language skills and is ideal for
candidates who enjoy taking ownership of complex and technical customer cases.

What You’ll Do
  • Act as the main customer service contact for Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Handle complex inquiries and escalations, including technical and installation-related topics
  • Manage cancellations, claims, returns, and refunds independently and accurately
  • Collaborate closely with logistics partners, warehouses, transport providers, and internal teams
  • Contribute actively to customer satisfaction and NPS improvement

What You’ll Bring
  • Native or near-native Danish (mandatory) and strong professional English skills
  • 2-4 years of experience in customer service or a customer-facing B2C role (e-commerce preferred)
  • Confidence in explaining technical products and solutions to customers
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and strong prioritization skills
  • High IT affinity; experience with Zendesk, Shopify, Aircall, or similar tools is a plus

REQUIREMENTS
  • Danish & English Pro: Native/near-native Danish (mandatory) and fluent professional English.
  • Customer Service Expert: 2–4 years of experience in B2C customer service (ideally e-commerce).
  • Technical Savvy: Confident in solving complex, technical installation inquiries and escalations.
  • Problem Solver: Experienced in independently managing claims, returns, and refunds.
  • Tech Stack: High IT affinity with experience in tools like Zendesk, Shopify, or Aircall.
