DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats, providing effective resolutions to customer inquiries
  • Accurately log and update case details in the client’s system
  • Ensure all cases are handled within the defined timeframes, meeting performance targets
  • Escalate priority issues as per client guidelines
  • Collaborate with internal teams and ensure smooth communication between departments
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and meet quality standards
REQUIREMENTS
  • Near-native proficiency in German (C1) and strong English communication skills (B1+)
  • Ability to understand documentation and accurately log cases in client systems
  • Previous experience in customer service is beneficial but not required
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently
  • Positive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Willingness to work in shifts according to project needs
  • For written support roles: excellent written communication in German and a typing speed of at least 50 words per minute
  • Clear background check with no criminal record, defaults, or unfavorable credit history
  • Minimum age of 18 years
