What you can expect

As a customer service representative at Viaplay, you will handle user inquiries across various communication channels: voice, email, chat and social media.


What you'll do

  • Registration and Sign in Guide user’s trough account setup and login issues; 
  • Streaming Troubleshoot streaming quality, buffering or content playback problems; 
  • App & Device support Provide assistance on compatibility, installation and device settings; 
  • Account and Payment Help users manage subscriptions, update payment menthods and resolve billing issues; 
  • Pause and Cancellation Assist with subscription pauses or cancellations; 
  • Feedback Collect and communicate user feedback for platform improvements.
REQUIREMENTS

What you'll need

  • Native Danish speaker; 
  • Fluency in English (B2 level mandatory); 
  • High school diploma required; 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit; 
  • Able to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information; 
  • Interest in Movies, Series, and Sports; 
  • Experience in Customer Service (preferred).
