What you'll do 

  • Assist with any questions and concerns regarding the product;
  • Inform and educate customers about the functions of the use and proper functioning of a medical device;
  • Support customers regarding questions about shipping, return, exchange policy and payment transactions;
  • Actively participate in the optimization activities related to all customer service processes. 
REQUIREMENTS
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in German (C2);
  • Good knowledge of English (C1);
  • Able to handle sensitive information as a Customer Support for Healthcare;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;
  • Experience in telephone customer service (preferred)
  • Agile in computer skills from the user’s perspective.
