Customer service specialist with German (chats and emails)

 

Tasks:

  • Dealing with German-speaking customers via chat and e-mail 
  • Provision of information regarding order and delivery status 
  • Dealing with customer problems and complaints 
  • Provision of high-quality customer service 
  • Liaising with other company departments to resolve customer problems 
  • Reviewing reported problems within agreed lead times and quality standards • Maintaining professionalism and a positive approach when dealing with customers 
REQUIREMENTS

Profile:

  • Knowledge of German at a strong B2 or C1 level 
  • English at a communicative level for internal communication and operation of systems 
  • Excellent interpersonal and multi-tasking skills 
  • Experience in telephone customer service or similar work experience. 
  • Excellent computer and MS Office skills
