Your responsibilities
- Validate written content for a social media platform, ensuring accuracy and quality
- Share ideas to continuously improve processes and content standards
- Contribute to making information more accessible and useful worldwide
- Become an expert in advertisement content and provide advice to confirm its compliance
REQUIREMENTS
- Native level of German and strong English skills, minimum C1
- Interest in customer service, content moderation or technical support
- Understanding of the impact of good customer experience
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Energetic, proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Motivation for intercultural communication and expatriate lifestyle
- EU citizenship, valid Portuguese work permit or eligibility to work in the EU
- Willingness to relocate to Lisbon for an international career
OFFER
Working conditions
- Permanent contract with a 30-day probation period
- Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week
- Rotating shifts covering 24/7 from Monday to Sunday
Compensation and benefits
- Base salary of 1458 € gross per month
- Performance bonus of 120 € from the fourth month
- Loyalty bonus of 300 € every three months
- Signing bonus of 3000 €
- Meal vouchers of 7 € per day
- Relocation package of 400 € per month during the first 4 months
- Assistance with acquiring NIF and SSN in Portugal
