What You’ll Do:
  • Review and moderate user-generated content to keep the platform safe and enjoyable.
  • Evaluate reports of abusive, violent, or inappropriate content based on company guidelines.
  • Provide back-office (non-voice) support to ensure a smooth user experience.
  • Help maintain a positive community by enforcing terms of service.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Native-level Dutch and fluent English skills.
  • At least 18 years old with a high school diploma.
  • EU citizen or valid work permit for Portugal.
  • Strong understanding of cultural and political context in your region.
  • Previous content moderation or customer support experience is a plus—but not required.
  • Passion for social media and an interest in international work environments.
