What You’ll Do:

·       Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing product and technical support.

·       Help patients and healthcare professionals navigate advanced healthcare tools.

·       Manage product orders and ensure data accuracy in CRM systems.

·       Demonstrate empathy and professionalism in every interaction.

REQUIREMENTS

What We’re Looking For:

·       Full professional proficiency in Polish (C2 or above), and fluent English skills

·       Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, or technical support.

·       Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

·       Self-motivated individuals with excellent time management.

·   High level of empathy and patience.


Requirements:

·       Self-employed status (ability to issue invoices/).

·       Availability from April 2025.

·       High-speed internet, own laptop/desktop, USB headset, and a quiet, professional workspace.
