For one of our clients – an industry-leading, award-winning casino game provider and
software development company, committed to delivering high-quality, engaging, and
immersive gaming experiences, we are looking for – Broadcast Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
*Install and test new broadcast equipment and systems;
*Supervise the technical support team to ensure high-quality service;
*Maintain and troubleshoot video, audio, and transmission equipment;
*Collaborate with creative teams to implement system updates;
*Quickly resolve issues and provide alternative solutions during equipment failures;
*Set up and manage equipment for live broadcasts and events;
*Design and develop custom audio-visual systems and circuits, expertise in studio
construction and operations;
*Stay updated on industry trends and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Candidate Requirements:
*Strong background in electronic engineering and communication equipment;
*Expertise in operating production video switchers and advanced camera controls;
*Extensive experience with SDI infrastructure and live chroma keying;
*In-depth knowledge of photography concepts like exposure, shutter speed, ISO, and lenses;
*Excellent troubleshooting skills and creative problem-solving abilities;
*Advanced IT and project management skills;
*Superior communication, interpersonal skills, and English proficiency (C1 level);
*High attention to detail, strong time management, and ability to work under pressure.
