Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing businesses grow. Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users. Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver against ambitious quarterly business and product growth goals while developing and maintaining a robust pipeline that helps you manage your business and maximize impact.
  • Drive customer growth by delivering outstanding customer sales experience and achieving customer business & marketing objectives
  • Own a portfolio of large businesses by thoroughly understanding growth drivers, identifying constant opportunities for growth, managing risks and building multi-quarter plans for achievement.
  • Pitch and consult with customers proactively to support marketing discussions and budgets, while managing stakeholders internally and externally and building relationships with the end customers.
  • Partner with fellow team members and a diverse set of cross-functional partners to drive business opportunities that build long-term growth.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing roles.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Dutch fluently to support client relationship management in this region
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling and engaged selling.
  • Experience thought leadership and high executive functioning within the digital marketing space.
  • Knowledge of online marketing strategy and tactics, with the ability to manage digital advertising campaigns with a focus on performance and brand marketing.
  • Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.
  • Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.
