(Remote option from Bulgaria).

Essential Responsibilities:

* Engage with customers via phone and chat;

* Assist with inquiries related to a wide variety of sports products and provide accurate information;

* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by focusing on their expectations and delivering

outstanding service;

* Maintain detailed case notes for each interaction;

* Help achieve both individual and team performance targets.

Requirements:

* Solid command (B2 level) of Portuguese and English;

* Customer-focused and motivated to provide a high-quality experience;

* Excellent interpersonal skill with proactive and open approach to work;

* Analytically-minded and skilled with problem-solving;

* Strong typing and PC-user skills.
