You will be in charge of coordinating and organizing assistance for customers experiencing vehicle issues in Spain, Portugal, Morocco, or Andorra. Your responsibilities will include reassuring stranded vacationers over the phone, arranging towing services, contacting garages for repairs, managing replacement transportation, and organizing vehicle repatriation. You will work in an emergency response team and handle irregular shifts.

For this position you need:

• Native or bilingual Dutch plus being fluent Spanish and English (spoken and written).
• Availability to work alternating shifts (day, evening, night and weekend shifts).
• Previous experience in similar positions.
• Customer and results oriented.
• Able to function independently, decisive and stress-resistant.
• Entrepreneurial attitude.
• Living in/around Barcelona or willing to move to this area.
• Having the required documentation to work in Spain.

• Working hours: Full time shift (40 hours per week) in rotating shifts (day, evening, night and weekend shifts)
• Salary: Base salary of € 25,900 gross per year
• Various pluses: Plus for irregular hours, plus for transport, plus for telework, etc. (with pluses the salary reaches 27,000 gross euros annually)
• Contract: Temporary position from May/June until the end of September
