Location: Lisbon, Portugal (Office-Based)

Compensation:

• With Accommodation: gross €1,040/month (includes free private room in shared housing)
• Without Accommodation: gross €1,240/month

Are you ready to build a successful career in Portugal? We’re seeking passionate and ambitious individuals to join our customer service team in Lisbon.

You’ll work for a renowned Swiss telecom company providing cutting-edge mobile and high-speed internet services. As an Inbound Telesales Representative, you’ll play a key role in closing sales for various subscriptions and products while ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from potential and existing customers.
• Present and sell our subscription plans and products (upselling and cross-selling).
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve customer doubts or complaints.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive loyalty.
