Job Title: German Sales and Customer Service Coordinator (m/w/d)

Salary: €35,000 - €45,000 On Target Earnings

As a Sales and Customer Service Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in fostering positive relationships with our valued property owners, while also preparing proposals, negotiating contract renewals and executing presentation packages with 100% accuracy.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client inquiries, providing proactive communication, and implementing effective solutions to meet their unique needs.

• Manage key accounts and provide a high level of customer care, anticipating clients’ needs by delving deep and renewing contracts.
• Developing strong internal and external relationships with customers & coming up with innovative ways to continually enhance the customers’ experience.
• A track record in meeting and exceeding targets and ensures working in a fast-paced environment.
• Participate in weekly & monthly meetings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve client issues, ensuring a smooth and efficient resolution process.

• Experience working in a sales & customer service environment and comfortable dealing with clients on a daily basis.
• Fluent German & English
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot potential issues or improvements on construction sites.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with landlords, owners, and construction partners.
• Flexibility to travel to various project sites within your allocated region.
• Previous experience in construction or site validation is a plus but not mandatory.
