Sales Specialist with Romanian needed!

Call2Sale is fast growing company from the retail segment of the Beauty&Wellnes industry.

We sells natural dietary supplements and cosmetics. We are developing our structures, building new teams, developing foreign markets in our structures and now we are waiting for you. 

Sales is your passion? Beauty&Wellness industry has no secret for you? Do you have strong experience in sales?

What will be your duties?

• Daily telephone contact with clients in Romania.
• Contact with a client who knows our product, the so-called "warm base". 
• Telephone sale of cosmetics and dietary supplements. 
• Building long-term relationships with clients (our clients keep coming back to us!). 
• Getting to know clients by asking about their needs and goals.
• Supporting clients in their purchasing decisions. 
• Advising client in selecting the appropriate treatment.
• Implementation of sales plans. 

• Mandatory condition: very good knowledge of the Romanian language (C1/C2).
• Mandatory condition: knowledge of English or Polish at a level that allows active participation in training (B2/C1).
• Mandatory condition: Availability to work at least one afternoon a week and two weekends a month.
• Mandatory condition: Experience in Call Center or sales.
• Interest in Sales or the Beauty&Wellnes industry.
• Full commitment to absorbing new knowledge and putting it into practice. 
• Desire for constant development and openness to changes. 
• Discipline and willingness to work intensively and regularly. 
• Great courage, creativity and perseverance in pursuit of the goal. 
• Goal orientation and striving to achieve it.
