Game Support Advisor with Hebrew & English for Lisbon FULL Relocation and Accommodation Support

Location: Santos, 1200-109 Lisbon, Portugal

Working Hours: Full-time (40h/week) | Sunday – Thursday | 07:30 – 16:30

Contract: Unfixed-term contract

Probation Period: 30 Days

Our client is a global leader in interactive and digital entertainment. Now, we’re looking for passionate and customer-focused professionals to join their Game Support Advisor Team.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle customer inquiries efficiently across different channels within the given timescales.
• Develop and maintain in-depth technical knowledge of the products and services.
• Manage and log all calls accurately following company procedures.
• Handle correspondence as required/requested.
• Update job-related administrative forms and documentation.
• Recognize when to escalate complex queries to another department or senior staff.

What You Need:

• Fluent Hebrew & English (written & spoken).
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Experience in tech support or gaming-related roles is a plus!
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a global team.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Gross Monthly Salary: €870
• Technical Complement: €50
• Language Complement: €400
• Signing Bonus: €1,500 (€500 in the first month + €200/month until reaching €1,500)
• Holiday Bonus: €110
• Christmas Bonus: €110
• Performance Bonus: €120 (starting from the 4th full month of production, subject to terms & conditions)
• Medical & Dental Insurance: Included after 6 months of contract
• Annual Leave: 22 business days (as per Portuguese law)
• Public Holidays: Compensation provided for working on Portuguese public holidays

Relocation Package:

• Up to €200 travel reimbursement (after 3 months upon providing ticket evidence)
• Up to €400/month for accommodation (for the first 12 months, reimbursed monthly)
• Accommodation Support: Personalized assistance with temporary & permanent housing
• Support varies depending on residence area when applying.

Start Date: Contract starts on your first day of training (fully paid by our client).
