Accommodation: Private accommodation provided for 2 months during training

Your Daily Responsibilities:

Advise and recommend the best packages and plans to meet customer needs.

Answer customer questions about services, products, and functionalities.

Manage billing and customer accounts.

Handle disputes, claims, and customer requests.

Your Ideal Profile:

Native Flemish, but Dutch is also welcome

Prior experience in customer service is a plus.

Clean criminal record and a high school diploma (or equivalent).

Strong motivation to work in Morocco long-term.
