Your Main Tasks Will Be:

●    Telephone and e-mail service for Swedish-speaking individual clients

●    Presenting Beliani products to our clients

●    Chat service

●    Managing the timely execution of orders and return shipments

●    Handling customer service inquiries pre- and post-sale via phone, e-mail, and chat

●    Reporting to the Country Team Leader

REQUIREMENTS
  • Fluency in Swedish (min. C1 level)
  • Communicative level of English (min. B1 level)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good cultural knowledge of a specific market
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Cloud Suite
  • Ability to work both in a team and independently
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and be a problem solver
  • Nice to have: Fluency in any other Scandinavian languages
