Responsibilities:
As an French Speaking Advisor you will have the responsibilities below:
- Assist viewers through phone and/or chat regarding different queries
- Provide account and application support to viewers namely with regard to software functionality
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot system configurations and network settings
- Provide accurate and real-time responses to the viewer’s inquiries.
REQUIREMENTS
To be selected as an French Speaking Advisor, you need to have the requirements below:
- Have a native level of French (written and oral) with the necessary documents to work legally in Portugal and fluent in English (B2)
- Are passionate about entertainment and media enterprise
- Have excellent communication skills coupled with empathy, team spirit and customer-oriented
- Have familiarity with digital streaming services and devices
- Be eligible to work in Portugal by either having EU passport or valid work permit to work legally in the country.

- Base Salary: 895€ gross per month per 14 months
- Performance Bonuses: 100 euros gross per month - 12 payments per year.
- Transport allowance - 20 euros per month
- Meal allowance - 7.23 euros per working day
- Accommodation provided by the company for 280 euros per month (bills included). This option is only available for candidates coming from abroad.
